DirectorI have had the privilege of being part of B.I.C for over 12 years, first as a teacher, then as Assistant Director, and now as Director. I have a bachelor’s in early childhood education with an emphasis in administration.
Shanell WilliamsAssistant DirectorI started at BIC in 2004. It has been an absolute blessing meeting so many wonderful children and families. I Look forward to many more years of fun!

I've been a preschool teacher for many years. It has been so wonderful working at BIC the last 7 years as the 2's teacher! There's nothing better than seeing their smiles and hearing their giggles.

I have been working with preschool age children for over 30 years. I have been at BIC for 6 years working with the 2's is my favorite age group. I'm so blessed to also have my two grandchildren attend BIC.

3's teacher. I have been working with kids for about 5 years and am currently working towards my Bachelor's Degree in Child and Adolescent Development. I am so blessed to be part of the B.I.C family and can't wait to see where it takes me!

Kindergarten TeacherI am so excited to be teaching Kindergarten this year. I have been working at BIC for almost 8 years and enjoy teaching young children. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading and plants.

School CookI do lots of things at BIC but my favorite is cooking for the children. It makes my day when I walk into a classroom and see how happy the children are when I bring in their favorite lunch.
